CONCIERGE REALTOR: The new generation of real estate services makers

I’m sure you’ve never heard the expression “Concierge Realtor”. This designation comes from the United States and could be translated literally into «concierge immobilier». In France, the term real estate concierge mainly refers to people who offer a rental management offer for owners wishing to rent a property in short-term furnished rental. In contrast, in the United States, the vision of a real estate concierge goes further. Indeed, the expertise of the real estate agent profession is growing and its ability to offer a range of additional services as well.
