In France, the law applicable in terms of authorization to distribute a good is not the same as abroad. In the context of European broadcasting, Community law prevails. In the context of broadcasting in an area outside the EU, it is not very clear.

French regulations are strict, to broadcast a good via platforms reserved for professionals, an agency is obliged to go through a mandate and therefore you are obliged to go through an agency. So we need you to sign a mandate!

The good news is that any contract is adaptable and you can stay free to choose what you want under the conditions you want (well as doing that little bit)! One can either proceed with a simple mandate specifying exactly the type of dissemination or go through a delegation of mandate that allows to distribute a good (in mandate at another agency) on markets that the agency of origin has not developed.
