Négociateur / Négociatrice Immobilier avec une expérience confirmée (statut d’agent commercial indépendant).
Missions & Responsibilities:
- CONSULTANT:
– Veiller à la satisfaction du client de la visite jusqu’à la vente,
– Mastering real estate law, building techniques, real estate taxation, real estate sales;
– Adapt the company’s services to the customer’s needs.
- COMMERCIAL :
– Carry out the appropriate prospection: door-to-door, mail, casing, telerospection, direct contact, crm;
– Evaluate and estimate real estate,
– Build and maintain an attractive stock of goods for sale,
– Development of a local and international client portfolio
- MARKETING :
– Représenter la marque de l’agence et ses services lors de vos échanges externes ;
– Respect the banner’s marketing and communication processes;
Qualifications & Competencies:
QUALITY: dynamic, curious, organized, autonomous, rigorous, communicating with excellent interpersonal skills
TRAINING: Bac +3 minimum
LANGUAGES: Fluent English required, any other additional language would be a plus.
DIGITAL: Mastery of social networks, the office pack, the Adobe suite of real estate CRM
HIGHLIGHTS: Knowledge or experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
Compensation and Benefits:
Jusqu’à 80% de commissions
Commissions d’apporteur d’affaires et commissions sur cooptation
